This event is a workshop
 focused on teaching you safe techniques and strengthening exercises during your postpartum recovery time.

Megan Kruger of MPower and
Dr. Jesse Lillejord of CHIRO FOR MOMS, will discuss the
 structural changes during the time following delivery and the ways to set up for successful healing.

They will show specific maneuvers and routines to help guide you. They will offer up tangible ways to implement these tips and tricks into your daily routine. Everything you learn from this workshop
 will help your body recover from childbirth. Connect with other moms, and leave feeling prepared to care for your self in your postpartum time!

Meet Dr. Jesse Lillejord, the founder of CHIRO FOR MOMS. 

Early in her career she realized that treating women and children was her passion.She set out to design a clinic experience that addressed both womens’ unique physical needs and their busy schedules. 

CHIRO FOR MOMS is the result of that vision.She is a mother of two little girls ( ages seven and five ) and she is married to her best friend ( and childhood sweetheart ), Erik. They are all the light of her life.

Her life runs on coffee, so you will see many references to this ... in fact, she makes it her mission to always have fresh, yummy coffee ready to share in the clinic.

She loves all things that make life meaningful, enjoyable, balanced and happy. She loves to laugh and DANCE. 

If she doesn't know you already, she looks forward to meeting you ... with a big, warm smile ( and perhaps a big cup of coffee ).

Meet Megan Kruger the owner of MPower Fitness MN and Fit Body Boot Camp.
Megan has been in the fitness profession since 2001 as both a certified group exercise instructor and certified personal trainer.  

Over the years she has done certifications and continuing education in behavior change, mind body exercise (including Yoga), nutrition for performance and fat loss and more.  

Megan is passionate about helping people to find their love for moving their bodies. She believes exercise and good nutrition are the fastest vehicle to a better life!

During Megan's off time she can be found writing, singing, playing tennis, doing pole dance sport, laughing and having a good time.  

The way to Megan's heart is a good belly laugh. :)
